Survey on Members’ Forum Content

Planning for the Members’ Forum 2024 is well under way and the programme will be published in April. In this context, we would like to involve you before we finalise the programme.

This week we will send out to Members a series of short polls to help us prioritise the content for the breakout sessions. This will help us better plan and meet your needs and interests.

  1. Members’ Forum Structure / Programme

This year’s forum will include Plenary and Breakout Sessions, with an overall objective to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing and showcase best practices among BWF Members.

Following feedback from Member Associations in 2023, we aim to tailor forum content in a manner that maximises its relevance, utility, and engagement for all participants.

To achieve this, we will send out prioritisation polling soon to survey what topics interest you most.

Through this polling, each Member Association will have the opportunity to vote on the topics of highest value and interest to them.

These priority topic areas will serve as a guide for finalising the content for the sessions.

Please look out for the email which will be sent to your Member Association this week.

  1. Reminders – Get Ready for the AGM

Thank you to all the Members who have completed the below. This is a friendly reminder to others to complete this as soon as possible.

  1. Delegate Nomination Form – complete this (download from AGM page of the BWF website) and send to Patricia Wong ([email protected]).
  2. Book Flights – for your delegate(s). Transport to the official hotel will only be provided from these airports to the Holiday Inn and back to the airport.
  • Shuangliu International Airport (CTU)
  • Tianfu International Airport (TFU)
  1. Book your hotel room – see our Notice of 22 February (linked here) for all the details. There are two ways to book accommodation 1) Option 1 – Manual Process – complete a Form and 2) Online booking and payment. The deadline to book is 5 April 2024.
