NSDF Royal Cliff Beach BWF Para Badminton World Championships 2024 – iZone starts in less than a week – we are ready!!
First, our best wishes for the NSDF Royal Cliff Beach BWF Para Badminton World Championships 2024, starting on Tuesday in Pattaya, Thailand.
Thanks to all the participants who attended the virtual information session last week.
The iZone – BWF’s player information and engagement zone – will be open from next Tuesday 20 February in Pattaya.
Every team / player must visit the iZone at least once during the Championships. There is information available in multiple languages.
BWF staff and volunteers will be onsite to share information and activities on Integrity (Anti-Doping / Anti-Match Manipulation)
- iZone – What Information / Activities
The iZone will have a range of activities for players and Team Managers to get involved in.
The activities aim to build integrity awareness (Anti-Doping / Anti-Match Manipulation).
The iZone will offer:
- Player information / engagement.
- Highlight where to get information.
- Activities in the areas of integrity.
- Awareness / fun / opportunity to share experience on social media – Instagram.

- Team Manager Role
The role of Team Manager is important, they will need to prepare players for the iZone visit and also support players whilst at the iZone.
The main role of the Team Manager in this area is to:
- Visit the iZone with your team – allow up to 30 minutes for the visit.
- Prepare for the visit – read material we have sent you and brief your players – for example on the values of sport.
- Guide / support your team at the iZone.
